The concepts of exchange, dialogue and above all questioning are at the heart of this process. As a coach, I will not advise you to make one decision over another, nor will I offer miraculous solutions. My role can be compared to that of a catalyst enabling transformations. knowledge, ranging from the humanities to life sciences, and marked by my personal life experience that has confronted me with existential questions such as anxiety, illness, and death, I adopt a person-centred approach, based on listening and questioning, within the framework of unconditionally constructive dialogue.<\/strong><\/p><p>Coaching traditionally draws on the principles of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), developed in the 1970s in the United States by John Grinder and Richard Bandler. It has since been further developed by numerous contributors, notably Robert Dilts. The basic idea is to develop awareness of the language we use, the emotional and affective colouring brought by our five senses, and the beliefs underlying our reasoning.
